By accessing and using Trip Caddie ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Trip Caddie is a golf trip management platform provided by LuxVibeWeb Limited. It enables users to organise trips, manage participants, track scoring, and share information. We provide the Service on an "as is" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining confidential login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are liable for all actions taken through your account.

You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content; harass or abuse other users; attempt to disrupt the Service; use automated tools to scrape data; or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Trip Caddie and its content are owned by LuxVibeWeb Limited and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (trip details, messages) and grant us a licence to use it to provide the Service. You may not reproduce or distribute our Service without permission.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Trip Caddie. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will attempt to provide notice of major changes. Downtime for maintenance is not considered a breach of these terms.

Trip Caddie may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, analytics, etc.). We are not responsible for their actions, terms, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, LuxVibeWeb Limited is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data or profit; or damages exceeding the amount you have paid to us. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain your data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Trip Caddie after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
